We’ve just had an awesome 2 years with them – from when we first spoke and had a fantastic onboarding experience where they clearly set out calls, to our (actually pretty sad!) goodbye, to now where metrics alone demonstrate how much they smashed every one of our expectations. There is no doubt in my mind that their clearly implemented strategy played a key role in developing our business, and the only reason we’re leaving is because they helped us grow to the size where we are building an inhouse marketing team.
